Sn2room is a documentation tool designed for authorized employees and subcontractors. It allows users to:
- Only pre-registered users, authorized by a designated manager, can access the app.
- User accounts are created and managed by the responsible organization. Unauthorized account creation is prohibited.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
The app collects the following data:
No personal data is collected or shared outside the app.
All data is stored locally and is only accessible by authorized users within the organization.
- Data collected in the app is not shared with third parties.
- The app does not require internet access to function, ensuring data remains within the organization's infrastructure.
- Regular updates will be provided to maintain security and functionality.
- Users must follow the organization’s internal policies for data handling and security.
- Misuse of the app or unauthorized data access is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
